Can you buy a lot without using Newland as your builder?

Yes, but to insure that your home meets Newland’s superior standards, your builder must be approved by Newland Properties.

Is there a Home Owners Association?

Yes, maintaining the integrity of a neighborhood is important to Newland Properties and in an effort to do so, all neighborhoods have an HOA.

Do you build custom homes?

Absolutely. Most homes are built on spec, but can be customized or completely custom built to suit your vision.

What school districts do you build in?

Currently we build in Hallsville ISD and Longview ISD. Water's Edge and Hillside Heights subdivisions are in Hallsville ISD, and Hillcrest Trails has homes in both Longview and Hallsville school districts.
