Shonda has been the office manager with Newland Properties since the company began.  She’s the first person you’ll meet as a client, and she keeps everything running smoothly so we can make sure your home is built on time and within your budget.  Married, Shonda lives in Diana, Texas with her husband, daughter, and son.

Originally from Gilmer, TX, Scott began in the business as a timber man.  Over five years ago, this led to work in neighborhoods and homes.  As work grew, so did the needs of bourgeoning neighborhoods; the need for paved streets allowed Scott to start his own cement company and a vision was born.  Today, Scott is involved in all aspects of design, keeping up with modern trends and materials, bringing your dream home to life.
