Newland Properties took a lot of stress out of building a new home. Scott is very knowledgeable and seems to keep up with the current trends and materials. He is very creative and offered great ideas. The finishing carpenters and painters also did an excellent job. Everyone worked with us to build the home we wanted within our budget and time frame.
